HARBIN -- Police decided on Thursday to seek an arrest warrant from prosecutors for two policemen allegedly involved in a fatal fight in Harbin, capital of China's northeastern Heilongjiang Province, that led to the death of a 22-year-old university graduate.
Lu Hongxi, deputy director of the Harbin public security bureau, announced the decision at a press conference.
